JTB announces travel trend forecast for 2025 (January to December). It is estimated that 305 million people will travel domestically, with travel expenses per person reaching 47,800 yen, an increase of 1.1% from the previous year. The number of overseas travelers is expected to increase by 8.5% to 14.1 million, and the number of foreign tourists visiting Japan is expected to increase by 8.9% to 40.2 million.
