From January to March 2025, the Singapore Tourism Board, in collaboration with Seibu Railway, will offer creative Singaporean cuisine on the Seibu Traveling Restaurant “52 Seats of Bliss,” an all-seat restaurant train that operates between Tokyo and Saitama/Chichibu. Provided.
