Mitsubishi Estate and NTT Data have started providing an AI concierge specialized in the Marunouchi area (Otemachi, Marunouchi, Yurakucho). A chatbot that uses AI to provide accurate local information in real time and is installed in the map app “Oh MY Map!”.
