Kotozna has begun full-scale provision of “Kotozna ConcierGAI,” a new version of their existing multilingual digital concierge “Kotozna LaMond” that incorporates voice input/output and avatar functions. They will be exhibiting the product at Tourism EXPO Japan to raise awareness of the function.
