The Japan Productivity Center has announced “Japan’s Labor Productivity Trends 2024.” In 2023, Japan’s nominal labor productivity per hour will reach a record high of 5,396 yen. The real labor productivity growth rate increased by 0.6% from the previous year, marking the third consecutive year of positive growth.
