International Civil Aviation Organization sets out strategic plan to achieve rapid growth, with passenger numbers tripling by 2050, with goals including net zero CO2 emissions



The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) releases its 2026-2050 Strategic Plan. Goals include achieving zero deaths from aviation accidents and illegal sabotage, and achieving net zero carbon emissions from international civil aviation operations by 2050.
