Hotel Satisfaction Survey 2024 shows that nearly half of brands maintain their satisfaction despite price increases; the keys are “breakfast” and “hot spring/bath facilities”



JD Power Japan has announced the 2024 Hotel Guest Satisfaction Survey targeting hotel groups and chains across Japan. Satisfaction level has maintained despite price increases due to inbound demand, high prices, and labor shortages.
