Hotel management contracts in Japan average 23 years, with a preference for long-term brand lock-in, compared with 17 years in Asia Pacific



JLL, a major comprehensive real estate services company, and Baker McKenzie, one of the world’s largest international law firms, have jointly released the “Hotel Management Contract Survey 2024.” Hotel management contracts in the Asia-Pacific region are getting longer and management fees are falling.
