Weathernews has announced the “First Cherry Blossom Bloom Forecast.” Cherry blossoms are expected to bloom in 2025 at normal levels in western and eastern Japan, and earlier than normal in northern Japan. Flowering starts in Tokyo on March 21st. A cherry blossom front makes landfall in Hokkaido in late April.
