Reuters reports that experts believe that China’s National Day holiday, which begins on October 1, 2024, will not lead to an increase in travel spending due to the slowdown in the Chinese economy. According to the Chinese government, the average number of trips handled by domestic transportation agencies during the holidays is expected to increase by only 0.7% compared to the previous year.
